One of the many reasons to use SERVPRO is because of the specialized equipment that we can provide. In the first photo you see a floor mat drying system installed in a customer's home. We can use this type of equipment to save your hardwood floors under the right circumstance. Most other companies will tear out hardwood floors if they had been affected by water, but our technicians are trained to be able to tell the difference and properly dry your home or business with as little reconstruction as possible. In the second photo you see the dried hardwood flooring. This helps to save the cost of reconstruction as well as the inconvenience of having a floor torn out and a new one installed.
